Our event management process begins with an in-depth research and discovery phase to help us determine event goals, type of event, event size, attendee demographics, and much more. Then we’ll create a detailed guide of plans and options to help you meet your goals.

Once we have a complete understanding of your requirements, we’ll assign a meeting consultant that best fits the requirements of your event. Your consultant will meet with suppliers and vendors to discuss specific details such as costs, responsibilities, and timelines. This information will be consolidated into our Service Management Reporting (SMR) tool. Upon completion of the assessment, we will present our findings so you can make an informed decision and make the right choices for the highest return on investment (ROI).
